The Sitting room has seating for eight people, TV, open fire place and coffee table and double doors leading out to the garden and parking area.
The kitchen can seat 6, is well equipped and furnished with a cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, clothes pulley maid and a wood burning stove. The kitchen leads on to a back alleyway with steps leading to a gate that opens on to St Boniface Down with endless scenic views and great walks. At the other end there is an outside utility room with loo, Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a down stairs bedroom which is furnished with pine, has a king-size bed made up of two 2'6" zip-and-link beds so that you can have the option of a twin or a double.

Upstairs has a massive family bathroom with bath, electric shower and loo, but the best bit is that if you are quiet you can watch the red squirrels feeding or playing in the trees from the bathroom window.
The master bedroom has a Super king mahogany sleigh bed with a big bay window over looking the terrace garden and sea views.
The Second bedroom has an oak king size bed and a visitors bed, this is a single bed with a second pull out bed underneath; the room again has fantastic views and is situated on the front of the house.
The third bedroom has a dark pine king-size bed made up of two 2'6" zip-and-link beds so that you can have the option of a twin or a double again with fantastic views and is situated on the front of the house.
There is a separate shower room and basin and a separate loo.
The Garden is steeply terraced and unfortunately not suitable for small children who are learning to walk or to play on their own but can be easily gated off.
There are two sets of steps leading to a paved area at the top with a double brick built barbeque, round table four chairs and bench. At the top is a beach hut with great views and storage for an umbrella.
The house is situated just off the road between Ventnor and Shanklin. It has gated access with off road parking for up to 4 cars.
